Do I have to book an aapointment?

At Vanilla Salon, we highly recommend booking your appointments in advance to ensure that we can provide you with a guaranteed time slot. Although, we do offer same-day appointments based on availability. 

How do cancel or reschedule my appointment?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, no worries! Just refer to your confirmation email and you can easily do it from there. Please make sure to do it no less than 24 hours in advance to avoid $50 fee. We can't wait to serve you!"

How do I know what service type to choose?

Don't over think it! Choose the appointment you think is a fit, and  fill out our PAC form. Once we receive it,  if one of our stylists thinks will be a different service then you chose... we'll reach out and let you know.
