We are more than happy to provide you with referral clients with a one-time referral fee, allowing you to build your clientele without the pressure of marketing yourself or the stress of filling your books. Rental Packages
At Vanilla Salon we offer a range of unique and flexible options through our salon station rental program, enabling our stylists to run their own business within our salon environment. Utilizing all the salon's awesome perks.
Signature Renter
The Signature Renter package is designed for established stylists who already have a solid clientele and are ready to operate independently. As a Signature Renter, you’ll have the freedom to run your business your way, managing your own clients, schedule and finances, all while enjoying a comfortable, creative and supportive environment filled with awesome team synergy.
As a Signature Renter, you have the option to accept Non-Request Clients (NRC)/Referral Clients from Vanilla Salon through our scheduling platform, Boulevard (BLVD). For any clients referred by Vanilla Salon, a 50% one-time referral fee applies for all services, excluding tips. This allows you to continue growing your business while benefiting from additional exposure.
This package is perfect for stylists who are confident in their craft, ready for full rental, and looking for a professional, vibrant, and inspiring space to thrive.

Thriving Renter
Our Thriving Renter Package is designed for up-and-coming stylists who are building their clientele but aren’t quite ready for a standard rent design. This package offers a tiered, discounted rental rate, giving new stylists the opportunity to establish themselves while benefitting from salon support. Similar to the Signature Renter, you’ll still have the freedom to run your business your way, managing your own clients, schedule, and finances, all while enjoying a comfortable, creative, and supportive environment filled with awesome team synergy.
To help accelerate growth, Vanilla Salon will refer clients to the stylist, also known as Non-Request Clients (NRC)/Referral Clients, allowing them to expand their book of business while perfecting their craft. For these referrals, the salon retains a one-time referral fee of 55% of all services, excluding tips.
As the Thriving Renter grows their business, the rental rate will gradually increase over a 5-month period until they transition into the SIGNATURE Renter Package position at the full rental rate. This structured approach ensures a smooth and supported path to becoming a successful renter with a thriving clientele.

Stylist roles
As a stylist at Vanilla Salon, you'll be responsible for providing your styling products, capes, styling tools, cutting tools, hair color, bleach powders, developers, and all other products required for color applications.
