AT HOME CARE

HOW TO BRUSH

  • Use a soft bristle or extension-safe brush daily to prevent tangles.

  • Hold hair near the root and begin brushing at the ends, slowly working upward

  • Gently brush above and below the weft/tape/bonds to remove natural shedding and prevent matting.

HOW TO  SHAMPOO

  • Detangle thoroughly before getting hair wet.

  • Apply shampoo to the scalp, then cleanse with a gentle back-and-forth motion.

  • Avoid scrubbing in circles.

  • Rinse thoroughly, ensuring water reaches the scalp and between weft/tape/bonds.

WHEN   CONDITIONING

  • Apply from mid-lengths to ends only.

  • Avoid applying conditioner near the area of attachment, weft/tape/bonds, as  this may cause slipping of the beads or attachment points.

WHEN BLOW DRYING

  • Apply a leave-in conditioner and heat protectant from mid-shaft to ends.

  • Make sure attachment pointsweft/tape/bonds, are fully dry.

HEAT STYLING

  • Curling irons, flat irons, and blow dryers are safe with heat protectant.

PRODUCT RECOMMENDATIONS

  • Use professional-grade products recommended by your stylist

SUN & SWIMMING

  • Before swimming, wet hair with fresh water and apply a small amount of leave-in conditioner to the ends.

  • Wear hair in a loose braid or ponytail.

  • Rinse immediately after swimming and reapply leave-in conditioner.

  • Use mineral-based sunscreen only to prevent discoloration.

WHEN SLEEPING

  • Brush and loosely braid hair before bed.

  • Use a silk or satin pillowcase if possible.

  • Never sleep with wet hair.
