Cancellations

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, kindly give Vanilla salon a minimum of 24 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in a $50 fee and require a $50 deposit for any upcoming appointments.

Appointments

Failure to cancel an appointment or not showing up will result in a $50 no-show fee. and require a $50 deposit for any future appointments. 

Late Arrivals

There is a 20 minute grace period for scheduled appointments. Failure to communicate with the salon or stylist will result in automatic appointment cancellation and will result in a $50 no-show fee.

Vanilla salon requires a $50 deposit on all services $300 and above or a service taking longer than 3 hours. Your card will be charges at the time of booking.

If you're planning to make a payment with a credit card, please note that a 2.9% fee will be charged. This fee is imposed by the credit card company and is not a part of Vanilla Salon. Thank you for your understanding.

Lost or
Stolen Items

At Vanilla Salon, we want to ensure that our clients have the best experience possible. However, we cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during your visit. Please keep in mind we use dyes, chemicals, and hot tools, and color stains may be out of our control. Thank you for your understanding.

Refunds

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, Vanilla salon offers a 30-day return policy with a receipt. We only offer exchanges for items of equal value, and if the cash refund is less than $10, we'll return the cash to you. Thank you for shopping with us!

While we rarely offer refunds for our hair services, we are committed to ensuring that our clients are happy with their results. Therefore, we have established the following refund policy:

 

Refunds: Generally, we do not provide refunds for completed hair services unless there are exceptional circumstances. This is because hair color results can be subjective and may vary based on individual preferences, hair type, and previous color treatments. However, we are always open to discussing your concerns and finding a suitable resolution.

 

Color Adjustment: If you are not completely satisfied with the outcome of your hair color service, we offer one complimentary color adjustment within 7 days of the original service. This adjustment is intended to address any specific issues or concerns you may have with the color result. Please note that the adjustment must be scheduled with the same stylist who performed the initial service, and any changes or modifications beyond the original request may incur additional charges.

 

Communication: We encourage open and honest communication regarding your hair expectations during the consultation and throughout the service. Our skilled stylists are committed to listening to your preferences and working diligently to achieve your desired outcome. If you have any concerns during the service, please communicate them with your stylist so that they can make any necessary adjustments in real-time.

 

Time Limit: In order to qualify for a color adjustment, you must contact Vanilla Salon within 7 days of the original service. After this period, any requests for adjustments may be subject to standard service charges.

 

Exclusions: Our refund policy does not cover changes in color preferences or dissatisfaction due to factors beyond our control, such as improper at-home care, exposure to external elements, or subsequent treatments performed by other salons or stylists.

 

We value your satisfaction and want you to feel confident and beautiful with your hair color.
